When deciding on a web host, I always evaluate these 3 things: 1. Will it be easy to use or setup my website? 2. If not, what does their support look like? and 3. What level of security do they offer? I use either wix or bluehost for my sites, they’re the most reliable and I've had good experiences with them both.

Q2. From Jessica T. New York. What are the best SEO tools to track incoming links?
I think there are a lot of backlink checker tools on the market right now. I only use SEMRush because they not allow you to track "YOUR" incoming links, but your competitors too. They also have a full suite of marketing and seo tools all-in-one. Their software is of really good value.

Q3. From Megan K. of Texas. What are the most common tools to create real estate marketing materials like postcards and flyers?
So, I like to use GraphicRiver for marketing materials. If you don’t have a marketing department, then you can really benefit from having an account with them. You just buy credits and download all the marketing materials you need. They have tons of real estate flyers, postcards, brochures and email marketing designs that are ready to go.
