There comes a time in every one's business where they'll need to create professional marketing materials to promote their products and services. So how can we meet these needs internally, while saving time and money? Stay tuned, I'm going to show you my favorite tool to create graphics in minutes. Organizations now more than ever are struggling to cover payroll costs, and sometimes just don't have the budget to pay for expensive design services. Canva is the perfect tool for every organization that needs to streamline the design process and get marketing materials done as fast as possible.
So how do you know if you need to sign up for Canva? Here's 5 signs you can look for: 1) When You Don't Know Graphic Design Canva was designed with your business in mind. If you don't know graphic design and don't plan on enrolling in any courses, canva makes it super easy to create popular marketing pieces like: brochures, business cards, presentations, posters, email headers, social media posts, spec sheets and more. You can do all of this with no tech or design skill what so ever.

If you are a big company and have a need to produce a lot of marketing materials. The canva team made sure to add special features to help you quickly customize and duplicate your designs in a variety of sizes, create templates and export them in the highest quality possible.
