Hey Everyone, welcome back to another episode of What's Your Game Plan. On today's episode, we'll talk about Marketing Materials. There comes a time in every one's business where they'll need to create professional marketing materials to promote their products and services. So how can we meet these needs internally, while saving time and money? Stay tuned, I'm going to show you my favorite tool to create graphics in minutes. Organizations now more than ever are struggling to cover payroll costs, and sometimes just don't have the budget to pay for expensive design services. Canva is the perfect tool for every organization that needs to streamline the design process and get marketing materials done as fast as possible.

So how do you know if you need to sign up for Canva? Here's 5 signs you can look for: 1) When You Don't Know Graphic Design Canva was designed with your business in mind. If you don't know graphic design and don't plan on enrolling in any courses, canva makes it super easy to create popular marketing pieces like: brochures, business cards, presentations, posters, email headers, social media posts, spec sheets and more. You can do all of this with no tech or design skill what so ever.

2) When You Need A lot of Marketing Materials Made

If you are a big company and have a need to produce a lot of marketing materials. The canva team made sure to add special features to help you quickly customize and duplicate your designs in a variety of sizes, create templates and export them in the highest quality possible.

3) When You're Short on Time

As we all know, time is money. If your team is spending time searching through hundreds of files to find the correct ones to use, Canva puts a stop to that. You can manage all of your brand assets and campaigns in one place. You can easily sort, tag and organize all of your graphics on demand.

4) When Your Need to Take Control of Your Brand

As a professional company, nothing is worse than ruining your brand reputation or having a brand that looks inconsistent in the marketplace. Canva allows you to easily scale and control your brand assets, so that everything is uniform. Everyone that is responsible for designs now have access to the same fonts, the same color schemes, and you can even lock certain elements to protect the look and feel of your brand.

5) When You Don't Want to Invest in Photography

Planning campaigns can be really expensive and usually include paying a pretty penny for a photographer. If your company doesn't have the budget for this, what do you do?  Canva's Pro package comes with thousands of beautiful,  high quality stock photos , animated graphics and videos that you can use for all of your designs. I've personally been using Canva since they opened the doors in 2012, and it's honestly saves me about 75% of the time it would normally take for me to produce graphics in a program like Photoshop. Canva can also be integrated with other services like dropbox, google drive, mail chimp, youtube and facebook, so I like that, too.
