For example 600 x 300px. Use the custom dimension feature to design your custom canvas size and upload images you would like to use for the banner. If you don’t have any images to use, you can look through a library of high-resolution images at Pixabay. It’s free. Insert texts in the image and use a call-to-action button generator to add in a “shop now” button in your banner image.


Standardized product photo display

If your gunning for a professional look for your website, it is essential that you have your product photo display standardized in terms of size and ratio. Canva can ensure your product photos are of the same size and same ratio with the following steps. Decide the ratio of the dimension. If your product photos involve models (fashion industry), you may want to use a portrait dimension - 300x800px). A 1:1 ratio (400x400px) will work for most products. Then, upload your product photos and adjust them accordingly to the dimensions you have set.


Create stunning social media visuals

An outstanding feature of Canva is that it comes with many pre-made designs for social media use. The first thing you have to do is select a design type based on the social media platform you are targeting. For instance, you can choose the Facebook post design type if you are looking to create visuals for a Facebook post.


The image dimension is already pre-set to the most optimal size for each social media platform. If you don’t have any design ideas, you can begin with the Canva layouts on the left menu. It can be easily edited.


Email headers

An email should be a big part of your marketing strategy. Refuse plain text email, which is usually boring, by spicing up your email newsletters with stunning email headers. Select the email header design type, and you can start with the pre-made Canva layouts.
