By asking customers how you can help them, you'll open the conversation on a positive note and really get to know what they need and why they need it.
2) I don't know, but I will find out
It's okay if you don't the answer to every question. What the customer is looking for is that you're willing to take the responsibility to find out. Using this phrase also signals the customer that you are focused on them and their happiness is your top priority.
3) I apologize
This phrase lets your customers know that you are truly aware of their current state and that you are ready to surpass their expectation. You don't want to just "patch things up", you want to demonstrate that you are deeply committed to their satisfaction. Saying this phrase does exactly that.
4) Thanks for doing business with us
Never underestimate the power of saying "thanks". It's really going to take your customer service strategy to the next level. Whether it's communicated over the phone or via email, always take the time to make sure the customer feel valued and appreciated.
